Unlimited Exchanges

- Return for a refund if the exchange doesn’t fit
Extra 20% Exchange Credit
- Opt for exchange and receive an extra 20% credit.
- Original order discounts will carry over.
- No additional shipping fees for exchange orders.

How do i return my order?
Go to our return portal
If your order number starts with BS, please go to our UK return portal here.
Submit a refund/exchange request.
The system automatically applies credit for exchanges. Any discounts used will reflect on the refund amount.
Return approved
You'll receive an email confirmation with the return shipping address. Check your spam box if needed.
Send the items back
Please put the item into the correct envelope and ensure the packaging is undamaged for reuse/recycling. JulieMay reserves the right to reject returns if the items are unscannable or in unacceptable conditions.
Return processed
We'll usually process returns within 5-10 working days after received by our warehouse. Exchanges will be dispatched with tracking details sent via email.
